The drive is working, but only after I run Wd Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows on it. I didn’t receive any error or notification when I install/run WD Drive Utilities, but it isn’t installed… Please refer to Microsoft Article Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files to resolve Windows file system issues.

Also I would like recommend to change with another Windows 10 installation image if the issue persists after upper steps.
